sheila bare loves to read.  she has an urgent need to write.  when her nose is not in a book, it's probably over a stove, stirring a pot.  or on her yoga mat.  the hot sweaty kind.  when the air is clear from smoke from the wildfires, she may be on a run, in training for another half marathon.  she lives on planet earth with her partner.  she practices loving kindness.
